Job summary

The Aspenwood Company Parent is seeking an experienced Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) Specialist in the Greater Houston Area to provide compassionate, resident-centered care and support our team in delivering a safe, welcoming environment for seniors.

In this role you will administer medications, mentor RCCs, RMAs and RAs, assist with EMR training, document health observations, coordinate with physicians, and maintain accurate resident records while ensuring infection control and a calm,

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher not required; diploma/GED accepted.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills essential.
• Understanding of HIPAA and resident privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses.
• Orient and train new RCCs, RMAs and RAs through mentoring and demonstrations.
• Maintain daily resident records and EMR documentation; ensure accurate health observations.
• Coordinate with physicians regarding medication administration concerns and reporting.
• Assist with staffing coordination and scheduling as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure resident safety and comfort.
