Job summary

The Aspenwood Company - Village On the Park Plano is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to manage medications and provide direct senior care in a homelike setting. You will follow individual service plans to promote independence and quality of life for residents.

In this role, you will orient and mentor RMAs/RAs, maintain accurate health records, and collaborate with the Director of Resident Care to ensure appropriate staffing while complying with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Administer medications per prescriptions and monitor resident responses.
• Maintain clear, compassionate communication with residents and families.
• Uphold HIPAA and privacy protocols in all care activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage medications as prescribed, monitor resident responses, and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Orient and train new staff on medication administration and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate resident records and document health changes.
• Coordinate with the Director of Resident Care for staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with regulations in medication storage and audits.
