Job summary

The Springs Living is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) to join the Health Services team in Whitefish, MT. This role focuses on coordinating resident care, staffing, and daily coverage to ensure consistent, high-quality care for residents.

The ideal candidate has prior RSC experience in senior living and a strong understanding of care workflows, documentation, and team communication, with comfort using electronic health records and care management systems.

Qualifications

• Previous Resident Services Coordinator experience in senior living.
• Hands-on experience supporting resident care in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of care workflows, documentation, staffing, and team communication.
• Comfort working with electronic health records and care management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents, families, team members, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling adjustments, and daily coverage needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents and their authorized representatives regarding care coordination.
• Communicate changes in condition and care plans to nurses, med techs, and caregiving staff.
• Monitor charting, care notes, and communication logs for accuracy and completion.
• Coordinate resident appointments with physicians and outside healthcare providers.
• Support service planning, care transitions, and ongoing care coordination.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to caregivers and medication technicians.
• Help ensure documentation and processes meet regulatory and company standards.
