The Capital Project Manager oversees a portfolio of small- to mid-scale capital improvement projects that are preventative, predictive, or minor restorative in nature. This role ensures capital projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining alignment with Asset Living's quality standards. Unlike large-scale construction management engagements, Capital Project Managers support projects with limited complexity, shorter timelines, and minimal on-site supervision requirements.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at managing vendors, schedules, and budgets for multiple concurrent small projects. This role focuses on coordination and oversight, rather than ground-up construction leadership.
