Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Assistant Administrator (LNHA, HFA) to work with the Executive Director on day-to-day operations of a Senior Living Campus in Ohio. The role ensures high-quality care, compliance with regulations, and an engaging work environment for staff.

Responsibilities include fostering teamwork, leading quality initiatives, and representing the campus with external agencies and surveys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Associate degree acceptable in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures company culture by leading by example and fostering teamwork.
• Drives retention, employee and customer satisfaction, engagement, QAPI and quality measures.
• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates, and manages responsibilities under the Executive Director.
• Ensures residents receive care with quality of life and safety.
• Represents the campus with outside agencies and payers as directed.
• Participates in facility surveys and implements plans of correction.
• Serves as interim Executive Director as needed.
