Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Executive Director (LNHA, HFA) to lead a campus, steward budgets, and advance resident care. You’ll partner with staff, families, and community stakeholders to drive quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while upholding Trilogy’s Service Standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a current Health Facility Admin license, 3–5 years of leadership experience, and a passion for developing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Associate degree may be acceptable in the state of Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures company culture and fosters teamwork.
• Drives retention, satisfaction, engagement, QAPI, quality measures, revenue, and EBITDAR.
• Coordinates with campus, divisional support, and home office teams to solve problems.
