Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Kentucky is seeking an Executive Director (LNHA, HFA) to oversee operations, provide leadership to staff, and guide the campus toward its mission.

You will manage budgets, implement policies, ensure regulatory compliance, engage with residents and families, and represent the campus to outside agencies.

This role requires a current Health Facility Admin License, 3–5 years of leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering quality long‑term care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Current Health Facility Admin License for the operating state.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and strategic direction for the campus.
• Oversee budgets, policies, and compliance.
• Represent the organization externally to residents, families, and agencies.
• Foster relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure high quality care.
• Coordinate regulatory surveys and plans of correction as needed.
