Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Marion, OH is seeking an Executive Director (LNHA, HFA) to lead daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and support residents, families, and staff. You will manage budgets, enforce policy, and ensure quality care across campus.

This role requires a state Health Facility Admin license, a bachelor’s degree (associates may qualify in Indiana), 3–5 years of leadership experience, and a commitment to Trilogy's service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required;
• Associate degree may be acceptable in Indiana.
• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience preferred.
• Current Health Facility Admin License for the operating state.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operations and strategic direction.
• Drive regulatory surveys, compliance, and plans of correction.
• Foster a positive culture, staff development, and resident safety.
• Coordinate with campus, regional, and home office teams to meet goals.
• Represent the campus with external agencies and payers.
