Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Kokomo, IN, seeks an Assistant Administrator (LNHA, HFA) to work with the Executive Director to lead daily operations of the Waterford Place Health Campus, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

The role focuses on maintaining residents' quality of life, strong employee experience, and effective collaboration across departments to meet regulatory requirements and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Associate degree may be acceptable in Indiana.
• 3-5 Years of relevant experience preferred.
• Current and unencumbered Health Facility Administrator License for the state of operation.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures company culture by leading by example, adhering to the company's code of conduct, fostering teamwork, and achieving results through the fly wheel to success.
• Drives retention, employee and customer satisfaction, engagement, QAPI, quality measures, revenue, and EBITDAR success.
• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates, and manages responsibilities at the direction of the Executive Director.
• Ensures residents receive care in a manner that maintains or enhances quality of life and safety of others.
• Represents the health campus with outside agencies and third-party payers as directed by the Executive Director.
• Participates in facility surveys and develops plans of correction for deficiencies identified.
• Serves as interim Executive Director as needed.

Education
