Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Associate degree may be acceptable in Indiana.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Current, unencumbered Health Facility Admin license for the operating state.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations and strategic direction of the campus.
• Leads staff, leaders, residents and families with a focus on mission and quality.
• Manages budgets, policies, compliance, and regulatory surveys.
• Represents the campus externally and drives community relationships.
• Ensures service standards are followed and plans of correction are implemented.
• Fosters culture, retention, and stakeholder engagement.
• Acts as abuse coordinator or designates a campus abuse coordinator when needed.
