Job summary

Trilogy Health Services' Waterford Place Health Campus in Kokomo, IN seeks an Assistant Administrator (LNHA, HFA) to partner with the Executive Director in leading day-to-day operations and ensuring care quality in accordance with federal, state, and local standards for long-term care and assisted living.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree (associates acceptable in Indiana), 3–5 years of relevant experience, and a current Health Facility Administrator license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or acceptable alternative in Indiana.
• Active Health Facility Administrator license is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant management experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational functions with the Executive Director.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards for long-term care.
• Maintain high quality care and staff engagement.
• Represent the campus with external agencies as needed.
• Support QAPI initiatives and quality measures.

Education

Bachelor’s degree

3-5 Years of relevant experience
