Cogir Senior Living in Everett, WA is seeking a Business Office Director to oversee the community's business office, including HR, payroll, billing, and operations. You will be the primary contact for residents, families, and staff regarding billing and HR questions.

The role requires 3–5 years in business office management or related fields, with knowledge of CRM systems and accuracy in regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in business office management, finance, HR, or accounting (3–5 years).
• Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience in billing, collections, and expense management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; service-minded toward seniors.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage accounts receivable and assist in month-end closing procedures.
• Manage all resident contracts, execution, and renewals.
• Coordinate new resident orientation and move-in process.
• Maintain resident and employee files and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct new hire orientation for staff.
• Serve as human resources contact for the community.
• Produce and manage payroll for the community.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to adhere to budget.
• Oversee front desk staff, including recruiting, training, and supervision.
