Job summary

The Ivy at Berkeley, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Driver to safely operate community vehicles and supervise residents during outings. The role includes assisting with loading, following laws, and supporting activity staff to deliver safe, enjoyable experiences.

Qualified candidates are 21+, possess a Class B or C license with Passenger Endorsement, and pass background and health screenings; vaccination requirements may apply per policy.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Class B or C license with Passenger Endorsement required.
• Experience driving vehicles transporting people preferred.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate community vehicles safely for outings and events.
• Assist residents loading/unloading belongings.
• Follow all state and federal driving laws and vehicle inspections.
• Be part of activity staff during outings and within the community.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.

Skills
