Ivy Living (Oakmont Management Group) seeks a professional driver to operate community vehicles for outings, appointments, and activities. You will assist residents boarding and exiting, ensure safety, and comply with driving laws to transport residents reliably.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and precise communication with staff, residents, and families, while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment throughout the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Class B or C license with Passenger Endorsement to drive the bus.
• Pass criminal background check and health screenings including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate community vehicles safely on outings, excursions, and resident appointments.
• Assist with safe loading of residents and belongings onto/off vehicles.
• Follow state and federal laws when operating vehicles.
• Inspect and drive vehicles per standards and processes.
• Provide safe transportation for residents and maintain a secure environment.
• Collaborate with coworkers and other departments to support residents.
