Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Driver for its Ivy Park communities. The role requires safe operation of community vehicles, transporting residents to activities, and adherence to safety standards. A Class B or C license with Passenger Endorsement is essential, along with a high school diploma.

Primary responsibilities include assisting with loading residents, maintaining safety protocols, and collaborating with staff to support enjoyable, well-organized outings for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement to drive the bus.
• Prefer two years of experience driving a vehicle transporting people.

Responsibilities

• Operate community vehicles safely on outings, excursions, and activities.
• Assist with loading residents and belongings onto/off community vehicles.
• Follow all state and federal laws when operating vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle inspections and safety standards are met.
• Act as a member of activity staff during outings and within the community.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents and guests.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.

Skills
