Oakmont Management Group operates Oakmont Senior Living communities and Ivy Living brands in California, Nevada, and Hawaii. The Driver role at Ivy Park at Rockville focuses on safe driving of community vehicles and supervising residents during outings, aligned with our values.

Requirements include 21+ years old, a high school diploma, Class B or C license with Passenger Endorsement, and 2 years of driving experience with people.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement to drive the bus.
• Prefer two years of experience driving a vehicle/van/bus transporting people.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB).
• Vaccination/testing requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Operate community vehicles safely on outings and appointments.
• Assist with loading residents and belongings onto/off vehicles.
• Follow all state and federal driving laws.
• Ensure vehicle inspections and safe driving practices.
• Act as part of activity staff during outings and events.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation across departments.
