Job summary

The Gardens of Pamlico is seeking an Area Sales Manager to oversee sales and marketing for two or more senior living communities in North Carolina, driving occupancy and promoting each community’s unique offerings.

You will build relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and partners; manage the lead pipeline in CRM; collaborate with marketing on local campaigns; and mentor the sales teams to achieve occupancy targets and a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven sales or marketing experience in senior living or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and marketing strategies for 2+ senior living communities, driving occupancy.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute local campaigns and events.
• Manage the lead pipeline in CRM and ensure timely follow-up.
