Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Sales Associate on the campus Sales & Growth Team to support the Director of Sales by handling phones, tours, data and lead management, and customer inquiries. The role emphasizes achieving daily/weekly/monthly move-ins, with a focus on private pay, through proactive follow-up and effective CRM use.

The ideal candidate has a High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales process and conversion to move-in percentages with focus on private pay.
• Generates admissions through referral partnerships and inquiry sales process via follow-up and closing to meet daily/weekly/monthly expectations with CRM.
• Responds to referrals and inquiries promptly; participates with leadership to handle inquiries/referrals timely, including CRM management.
• Supports welcoming new customer standards and communicates move-in activities to campus team members.
