Job summary

Brooke Grove Retirement Village is seeking a Senior Living Admissions Coordinator to manage admissions for rehab, nursing, or assisted living. You will interview prospective residents or families, conduct tours, complete paperwork, and verify insurance and authorizations to finalize admissions.

Responsibilities include keeping census informed of availability, greeting visitors, scheduling tours, and assisting families with required forms. Proficiency with CRM, EHR, Word, and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred, not required.
• Must have basic computer skills and learn CRM/EHR software and hospital web-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions for rehab, nursing home and/or assisted living.
• Conduct tours and interview prospective residents or families.
• Complete admissions paperwork and obtain verification and authorization.
• Document leads in CRM and schedule follow-ups as needed.
• Assist with admissions contracts and ensure documents are complete before admission.
• Greet visitors and answer phones professionally.
• Review census information to monitor room/facility availability.
