Brooke Grove Retirement Village in Olney, MD seeks a Senior Living Admissions Coordinator to manage the admissions process for rehab, nursing and assisted living. You will interview prospective residents and families, conduct tours, prepare applications, verify insurance, and finalize admission arrangements to ensure smooth transitions.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to learn CRM and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills and learn CRM/EHR software.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rehab, nursing home and assisted living admissions, including interviewing prospects.
• Conduct tours and complete applications and paperwork.
• Obtain insurance verification and prior authorization.
• Finalize admission arrangements for smooth transition.
• Review census information to monitor room/facility availability.
• Greet visitors and answer phones professionally.
• Interview prospective residents and families in person or by phone.
• Assist prospective residents and families with information and services provided by the facility.
• Schedule and conduct tours; accompany prospective residents and families through the facility and discuss rates.
• Document leads and activities in CRM; schedule follow-ups as needed.
• Assist with admissions contracts and required paperwork; ensure completion prior to admission.
