Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Coordinator to manage the overall admission and marketing process for a skilled nursing/rehab center. You will screen eligibility, conduct tours, and work with referral sources to meet occupancy goals.

The role requires 1–3 years in health care, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to drive and coordinate across campuses. A degree is preferred, with benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid

Qualifications

• Associated or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Area of study: Humanities, Psychology, Health Care, Social Studies preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in health care, preferably skilled nursing and rehabilitation
• Experience conducting outreach events to referral sources and organizing marketing events

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach toward skilled nursing and rehab markets and other care levels as requested
• Screen potential admissions for eligibility
• Handle admissions paperwork with residents and families
• Schedule and conduct tours with prospective residents and referral sources
• Respond to walk-ins, phone calls, and mail-ins timely and appropriately
• Maintain daily admissions activity reports for occupancy and outreach
• Coordinate admissions/transfers across levels of care to/from skilled nursing and rehab
• Assist with moving residents through continuum of care with AL/MC managers
• Support marketing budget management for skilled nursing
