This role supports outreach and coordination with families and healthcare partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate services needed by prospective residents for admission.
• Maximize center census and streamline admissions process 24/7.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
• Receive referrals and track daily activity.
• Contact families to invite tours and arrange admissions.
• Screen admissions for care level, payment source, and stay length.
• Explain admission requirements and complete paperwork promptly.
• Assemble admission and sales packets and provide center information.
• Support development and execution of center marketing plans.
