The Quarters at Des Peres, part of MGM Healthcare, is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to plan, assess, and coordinate admissions for prospective residents, ensuring a smooth process and high satisfaction. The role includes tours, referrals, and documentation to expedite admissions.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, professionalism, and organizational skills, with a preference for some admissions experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess, coordinate, and determine services needed for admission of prospective residents.
• Maximize center census and streamline admissions on a 24/7 basis while ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
• Receive resident referrals and track activity daily.
• Contact families to invite tours of the center.
• Assist with arrangements and confirmations of all admissions.
• Screen potential admissions for care level, payment source, and length of stay.
• Explain admission requirements per center and health organizations.
• Complete and distribute paperwork; expedite admissions and perform financial assessments.
• Assemble admission and sales packets.
• Provide center information and follow-up.
• Assist in development and coordination of center marketing plan.
• Promote public relations of the center to external providers.
• Maintain relationships with referring community agencies.
• All other duties as assigned.
