Job summary

The Quarters at Des Peres is seeking a Business Development Liaison to drive center census, develop marketing plans, and build relationships with referral sources. You will conduct tours, manage referrals, and support admissions, ensuring a smooth transition from acute to post-acute care.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in marketing/healthcare management, long-term care experience preferred, and strong communication, relationship, and organizational skills. Vehicle operation required.

• Effective communication, relationship management, and organizational skills are necessary to perform successfully in this role.
• Must be able to operate a vehicle.
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies to maximize center census and streamline admissions 24/7 while ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for long- and short-term goals.
• Promote the center with referrals, community leaders, physicians, and media; build relationships with referral sources.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
• Receive referrals and track daily activity.
