The role involves tours, lead management, events, and close collaboration with the marketing team to drive admissions and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Engage with clients to assess needs and admissions qualifications.
• Conduct community tours for individuals and groups to promote WCBR.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process.
• Manage lead management software and follow up on new leads and referrals.
• Participate in marketing events and referral development programs.
