Westminster Towers Orlando in Orlando, FL is seeking an Assisted Living Sales Counselor to drive internal/external sales and occupancy for AL and Memory Support. Schedule is full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with a focus on guiding families and residents through assessments, tours, and admissions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in health-related field or marketing and 2+ years in healthcare marketing or AL sales, plus knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field or marketing is required; 2+ years in health care marketing or Assisted Living sales preferred.
• Experience in meeting sales metrics, handling inquiries, and closing tours with external partners.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and managed care protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage AL sales process and provide community information via visits and assessments.
• Meet or exceed sales metrics; engage prospects and referral sources to convert to deposits.
• Coordinate with Director of Sales and management to align bed availability and admissions.
