In collaboration with the sales team, you will manage inquiries, utilize Salesforce for tracking, and develop a strategic business development plan to sustain a steady pipeline of qualified

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related field.
• Two years’ experience in marketing/sales.
• One year experience in senior housing, healthcare-related, or hospitality is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable community experiences. Lead engaging tours and coordinate with leaders to tailor visit experiences.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and referral sources to ensure speed to lead and persistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce.
• Provide empathetic, professional support to prospective residents and families during decision-making.
