Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a driven sales professional to grow occupancy at its Westminster, MD communities. You will identify leads, promote senior living services, and close contracts with families and residents.

Ideal candidates have strong sales skills, experience in real estate or health care promotions, and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to the local market. Travel to communities and referral sources is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in coursework and related experience.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in real estate or health care including promotion, admissions or sales.
• Experience selling or promoting senior residential and health care services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads from various sources and promote Brookdale communities.
• Communicate benefits and pricing to prospective residents and families.
• Close contract sales to maintain occupancy and revenue.
• Develop marketing strategies to compete in the local market and drive referrals.
• Coordinate tours and follow-up with prospects to capture deposits.
