Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. – PSL is seeking a Community Liaison to lead resident recruitment by building relationships with prospects and families.

The role partners with the community management team to manage admissions, tours, and assessments while developing external marketing channels and maintaining occupancy levels. Travel and driver’s license are typically required as part of outreach and referral activities in the Texas region.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing or human services field preferred.
• Superior communication skills and strong customer service orientation required.
• Valid state issued driver's license and travel are required.
• Prior experience in marketing to seniors, in sales, senior housing, long-term care insurance, hospitality or an appropriate healthcare/personal care background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and cultivates relationships with prospects and families to generate resident leads.
• Maintains occupancy goals and tracks resident movements.
• Represents the community at local events and presentations to promote the community.
• Develops marketing strategies including referrals and community partnerships.
• Qualifies financially and physically eligible candidates and guides move-in processes.
• Collaborates with management to ensure outstanding resident experiences.
