Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. seeks a Community Liaison to generate patient referrals by building strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior-care providers.

You will present home care services to medical professionals and community groups, contributing to annual volume targets and marketing strategies. You will collaborate with care coordination and the marketing department to ensure messaging aligns with our culture, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints in the Yuma, AZ

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least three years of health care marketing experience, preferably hospice care operations.
• Ability to work independently to grow business and build relationships in communities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by creating and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior-care organizations.
• Prepare and conduct sales and educational presentations for physicians, businesses, and local groups.
• Assist in budgeting and marketing planning to meet volume projections and budget limits.
• Monitor marketing spend and conduct market assessments to refine the marketing plan.
• Collaborate closely with Care Coordination and marketing teams to address patient and referral source needs.
