Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. PSL is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and oversee a comprehensive activities program within a senior living community.

You will collaborate with the Activities staff to build a calendar that serves residents across all care levels and promotes independence and leadership. In this role you will develop community partnerships, lead programs, supervise volunteers, handle supplies and records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Core Values while supporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree in Recreation Therapy or Human Services preferred; 2+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily/monthly calendar of activities for all care levels.
• Develop community partnerships for volunteer programs.
• Lead activities and encourage resident leadership and participation.
• Transport residents to events and manage supplies/records.

Education
