Job summary

Victorian Senior Care is seeking a Community Liaison to act as the admissions maestro, linking residents to our community and guiding them through the admission process with a focus on service quality and compliance. The role involves building referral networks, tours, and verifying financial resources while meeting sales goals.

Travel up to 50% is required, and excellent sales, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Sales, written and verbal communication, organization and evaluation skills.
• Ability and willingness to perform cold calls and telephone sales.
• Good computer skills, emphasis on spreadsheets.
• Goal oriented and competitive.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid NC Driver's License.
• 8 years of driving experience (insurance requirement).
• No substantiated findings on NC Personnel Registry or Health Care Program.
• Clear SBI and DMV records and maintain status during employment.
• Two-step TB skin test required (before hire and within two weeks).

Responsibilities

• Create a network of referral sources.
• Track leads and commitment rates.
• Conduct tours of the facility.
• Assess potential residents to ensure the facility can meet their needs.
• Meet sales goals.
• Verify financial resources of referrals.
• Facilitate admission and ensure paperwork is completed as required.
• Monitor guest-relations program with staff in the facility.
• Perform other duties as required by circumstances.
• Help maintain the self-respect, personal dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Familiarize with accident, fire safety, OSHA and emergency procedures.
• Be familiar with the Adult Care Home Residents' Bill of Rights and assist residents with exercising these rights.
• Carefully treat equipment and manage supplies.
• Read and adhere to all policies.
• Participate in job-related continuing education as required.
