Job summary

Maple Meadows Assisted Living, LakePoint Villa Assisted Living, and Lotus Gardens Senior Living are seeking a Family Advisor to join our team. You will lead the resident recruitment process, build relationships with families, and coordinate admission and assessment efforts with our management team.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer service skills, a background in marketing or human services, and the ability to travel locally to support community outreach and referral

Qualifications

• Superior communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to establish relationships with prospects and families.
• Strong customer service orientation and telephone marketing skills.
• Knowledge of senior living marketing and admissions processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads the resident recruitment process and cultivates relationships with prospects and families.
• Develops marketing strategies involving referrals and community relationships.
• Maintains occupancy levels and tracks resident movements.
