Silverhaven Assisted Living by Majestic Residences in Surprise, AZ is seeking a proactive Administrator to oversee daily operations of our residential homes.

You will plan, direct, and supervise care delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service for residents and families. Collaborate with an executive director to coordinate all departments and lead the caregiver team with a positive, productive environment.

Qualificações

• College degree and administrator’s license or certification as required by state.
• LPN/LVN/RN license is preferred for clinical insight.
• Must speak English and communicate clearly with residents and families.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with prior management.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of residential assisted living homes.
• Plan, direct, market, coordinate, and supervise delivery of care.
