You will plan, direct, and supervise care delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service for residents and families. Collaborate with an executive director to coordinate all departments and lead the caregiver team with a positive, productive environment.

Qualifications

• College degree and administrator’s license or certification as required by state.
• LPN/LVN/RN license is preferred for clinical insight.
• Must speak English and communicate clearly with residents and families.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with prior management.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Silverhanven Assisted Living is seeking a fun and energetic Administrator to join our amazing team. As part of the Administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential assisted living homes.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, direct, market, coordinate, and supervise delivery of care for residents of Silverhaven Assisted Living and Memory Support Services.
