Americare Senior Living seeks a dedicated Skilled Nursing Administrator to manage daily operations, ensuring a warm, nurturing environment for residents and staff while upholding state and federal regulations. You’ll oversee budgets, staffing, and clinical coordination to deliver exceptional care.

As a leader, you will drive continuous quality improvement, mentor teams, and engage with residents' families and the community to promote a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state administrator licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required; additional healthcare management training is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people management experience in a senior living setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Community with a resident-first focus.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and quality care standards.
• Oversee budgeting, occupancy, staffing, and coordinate medical, nursing, and administrative activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
