Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an Administrator (LNHA) to oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations while guiding department managers. The role focuses on integrating clinical services with business plans to meet quality, utilization, and financial goals, all while delivering premier customer service to residents and families.

Ideal candidates bring a strong commitment to senior care, two+ years in LTC/SNF, and excellent communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations.
Supervise all department managers to ensure compliance.
Deliver clinical services integrated with business plans while meeting quality, clinical and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives.
Ensure premier customer service and facilitate resolution of resident care issues.
