You will supervise department managers and align clinical services with business plans to meet quality and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies.
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations.
• Supervise all department managers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver clinical services integrated with business plans while meeting quality, clinical and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives.
• Ensure premier customer service and facilitate the resolution of resident care issues.
