Job summary

Tutera Senior Living and Health Care is seeking an Administrator (LNHA) for Charlton Place Rehabilitation and Healthcare. The role oversees daily facility operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads department managers to deliver clinical services aligned with business plans while meeting quality and utilization standards.

The Administrator will maintain premier resident care and customer service, managing relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting.
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations.
• Supervise all department managers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver clinical services integrated with business plans while meeting quality, clinical and utilization standards.
• Enhance resident care and premier customer service.
