Administrator | LNHA – oversee daily operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations, supervise department managers, ensure compliance, deliver clinical services integrated with business plans, exceed quality, utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives, and facilitate resolution of resident care issues.
