Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant to support program design and execution for independent living and assisted living neighborhoods. The role includes providing safe van transportation, coordinating monthly activity calendars, and assisting with resident engagement.

Responsibilities include organizing volunteers, maintaining records, and collaborating with the program team to ensure high resident satisfaction and well-run activities across the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and passionate about working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Support Life Enrichment Director in designing and implementing programs for IL and AL neighborhoods.
• Provide safe van transportation for residents to activities and appointments.
• Plan, coordinate, and record monthly activity calendars and outings.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers.
• Maintain records, mileage logs, and supply inventories.
• Assist in organizing programming spaces and attending resident council meetings.
