Job summary

Arlington-Pointe-Care-Center in Middletown, OH seeks an Activities Aide to help plan, lead, and adapt recreational programs for residents. You will work with the Activities Director to create engaging daily schedules and ensure activities meet physical, social, and cognitive needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in activities coordination or elderly care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules.
• Lead and facilitate group activities and adapt for mobility/cognition.
• Encourage participation and monitor resident safety.
• Document attendance and participation per facility policies.
• Set up/clean up activity spaces and assist with special events.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers.
