Job summary

Middletown Health and Rehab in Ohio is seeking a Part-Time Activities Assistant to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, educational, cultural, physical and spiritual programs for residents, under supervision.

Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma; shifts are 9:00a–5:00p, every other weekend, with occasional evenings. Wage range is $13.75–$15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation and evaluation of recreational, social, educational, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs.
• Follow resident assessments and care plans under supervision.
• Support activities for residents during shifts 9:00a–5:00p and every other weekend.
