Brightview Senior Living LLC is seeking an Activities Assistant to connect with residents and plan engaging programs across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional dimensions. You will help organize events, promote upcoming activities, and participate in lively sessions like games, art, and music.

The role emphasizes creativity, energy, and a warm, positive attitude, with occasional driving duties for residents to events and outings within a Brightview community.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents of Brightview so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities. Residents love games, painting, singing, and music and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day!
• Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
