Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Resident Program Assistant to support the Program Director in planning and executing Resident Programs in Sweet Memories and Assisted Living. You will assist with events, transportation, and monthly calendars, ensuring a safe, engaging, and social environment for residents.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a warm atmosphere, and the ability to work with limited supervision. A valid driver's license and comfort with technology are required.

Competenze

• Education or training in a health care field preferred but not required.
• Experience working with seniors and memory loss preferred.
• Two years' experience in activity planning for seniors preferred.
• Knowledge of social and psychological needs of residents.
• Valid driver''s license with clean record.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work with limited supervision.
• Proficient with technology.

Mansioni

• Assist the Program Director with planning and preparing a variety of physical, social, recreational and educational events.
• Assist with transportation and resident outings.
• Assist in producing the community monthly calendar.
• Maintain documentation and resident attendance through digital programs.
• Maintain knowledge of community services and events to incorporate into schedules.
• Establish a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff.
• Promote teamwork and a positive attitude among associates.
• Evaluate the quality and consistency of activities and suggest improvements as needed.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to operate a large passenger van safely.
• Other duties as assigned.
