Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred in gerontology, business, human services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of all life-enrichment activities and programs.
• Create and lead arts, crafts, music, drama, educational, and exercise activities.
• Prepare monthly newsletter and activity calendar; conduct monthly meetings.
• Hire, train, and supervise Resident Lifestyle Assistants, Coordinators, and Drivers.
• Recruit and supervise volunteers when appropriate.
• Encourage resident participation and celebrate achievements.
• Manage equipment and supplies for accessibility.
