Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Requires current Class C license with Passenger Endorsement.
• Minimum of one year experience providing planned activities and evaluating residents' needs.
• Prefer one year of experience supervising and managing employees and volunteers.
• Flexibility to work holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB.
• Vaccination and PPE guidelines may be required per regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging, creative social atmosphere and promote resident participation through scheduled activities, excursions, events, and classes.
• Actively lead activities and encourage resident participation.
• Recruit, develop, and schedule Activity Assistants, Drivers, and Community Volunteers.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
• Able to drive community vehicles.
