Job summary

Snyder Village in Metamora, IL is seeking an Assisted Living Activity Assistant to execute daily activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities. You will work under the Activity Director to deliver engaging programs and support the care plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and implement daily activities (group/individual).
• Keep daily attendance and participation records.
• Seek out and introduce new activities.
• Assess resident behavior during activities and adapt.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic demeanor during activities.
• Encourage all residents to participate per their care plan.
• Be attentive to residents' needs during activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
