Job summary

Snyder Village is hiring an Assisted Living Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and personal care at our Metamora, IL location. The role requires compassionate interaction, adherence to policies, and teamwork with care staff and families.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility, as well as monitoring health indicators and reporting changes to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties per established policies, safety rules, and procedures.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Bathes, dresses, and grooms residents as assigned.
• Supports residents with meals, mobility, and transfers as needed.
• Observes residents for changes and reports to the supervisor.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in resident areas and common spaces.
