Snyder Village is seeking an In Home Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, housekeeping, and companionship in Metamora, IL. The role requires attentiveness to residents' needs and adherence to safety and privacy policies.

As a non-exempt, full/part-time position, you may work various shifts. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are often necessary to fulfill duties and transport clients when needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to perform housekeeping, laundry, and companion care tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping, laundry, attendant, homemaker, and companion care services.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ condition or behavior.
• Follow Snyder Village policies, procedures, safety rules and infection control measures.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients/residents’ information.
• Attend in-services and department meetings as required.
• Provide on-the-job training to new staff members.
